Note M. account of the sales of the personal estate of (erased) was produced it being suggested by the administrator that the whole of the personal was willed to Abraham and Isaac Hendry and that they took possession therof and dissolved the same previous to the granting letter of administration by the court.
We the subscribers in obediance to an order of the county court of Frederick this day proceeded to state and settle the estate account of Deborah Hendry deceased upon such vouchers and papers as were to us produced by the administrator and do report that there appears to be a ballance of forty one pounds sixteen shillings and ten pence due the administrator from the sales of the land given under hands this 7th day of May A/L 1800
