Guardianship of minors November A.D. 1885To the Hon. L.H. Brewers county judge and presiding for Probate.
Your Petitioner, H.R. Martin represents that he resides in Comanche County, Texas. That on the 12th day of May 1879, Red Stone who had been duly appointed guardian of the persons and estates of J.W. Stone, A.J. Stone, B.F. Stone, Laura B. Stone, children of Larkin Stone deceased, gave a bond at such guardian and that petitioner is one of the surities in said bond. That for reasons which are satisfactory to himself, your petitioner desires to be released from said bond as suriety; and prays that said guardian, Red Stone, be cited according to law to appear at the next regular term of said probate court and be required to give a new bond with new surieties, and that your petitioner be released from any further liability in said bond as suriety as in duty bound ??
