     Procretia Pyke was born cir. Sep 1745 at Bere Ferrers, DEV, ENG.2 She was baptized on 8 Sep 1745 in the Par. of Bere Ferrers, DEV, ENG; Procretia daughter of "Robert Pyke and Elizabeth his wife."2
     Procretia Pyke married George Lobb on 31 Mar 1768 in the Par. of Bere Ferrers, DEV, ENG, #80 by banns (Feb 14, 21, 28) George Lobb, sojourner and Procretia of this parish George X his mark, signed Procrestie Pyke, wit: Joseph Burgess and John Brooming (which latter witnessed a lot of the parish marriages).3
     
     How can one not love a relation with a name like this? So I just had to include her on the web, even though I know very little about her!4

  1. 1st attempt at deciphering the baptism name was Sisnotia, but the S matches the P of Pyke, so I had another go, aided by the fact that there's a marriage in 1768 of a Procretia Pyke.
