About this Site

This website is for family historians interested in the Heaton surname, particularly in Lancashire, England. Most of the site was taken down earlier this year (2004) but I'm now in the process of putting the old pages back online. These can be accessed from www.heatonroots.co.uk.

At the moment, many of the links will result in "Page not found" errors but I can pass on any details that may be of interest by email (address below).
