State of North Dakota} S.S. COUNTY of DIVIDE} BETSY
HEATH BEECHER, a resident of Noonan, North Dakota, being first duly sworn,
deposes and says; that she is the daughter of Chandler Heath and that Chandler
Heath was a son of Benjamin Heath and Dolly Willey Heath; that said Benjamin
Heath was a volunteer in the Revolutionary War between England and the American
Colonies and that said Benjamin Heath and his widow drew pensions from the
United States by reason of an injury received by said Benjamin Heath in said
service. BETSY
