David was born 25 Nov 1775 in Wilkes County, Georgia and died 10 Dec 1838 in Posey County, Indiana. Mary was born 3 Dec 1782 in Virginia and died 30 Aug 1860 in Posey County, Indiana. They were married about 1798 in Wilkes County, Georgia. Both David and Mary are buried in the David Alexander Mills Family Graveyard in Mt Vernon, Posey County, Indiana

On 18 Mar 1819, in Posey County, Indiana he married Rachel OWENS, daughter of Thomas OWENS and Elizabeth ROGERS. Rachel was born 6 Jun 1805 in Kentucky and died 5 Jan 1880 in Posey County, Indiana. Both Felix and Rachel are buried in the Tim Downen Cemetery, Posey County, Indiana.
  2. Zimri MILLS (David) born 1801 in Wilkes County, Georgia and died before 1860. On 29 Apr 1827 in Posey County, Indiana he married Mary REDMAN. Mary was born 1800/1810 in England.
  3. Bethena MILLS (David) born 26 Aug 1802 in Wilkes County, Georgia and died 20 Feb 1885 in New Harmony, Posey County, Indiana. On 24 Jun 1819 in Posey County, Indiana she married James ROBB, son of John Thomas ROBB and Lydia WALLER. John was born 14 Mar 1796 in Washington County, Kentucky and died 19 Mar 1862 in Posey County, Indiana.
  4. James Seaborn MILLS (David) born 1803 in Kentucky and died 1869 in Posey County, Indiana. On 17 Jun 1826, in Posey County, Indiana he married (1) Frances JACKSON. On 31 Aug 1851, he married (2) Rebecca BELL. Rebecca was born 1819 in Posey County, Indiana.
  5. Fielden Nickolas MILLS (David) born 25 Aug 1804 in Kentucky and died 23 Jan 1885 in Posey County, Indiana. On 8 Jan 1824, in Posey County, Indiana he married (1) Catherine ACUFF. She was born 3 Sep 1804 in East Tennessee and died 3 Sep 1882 in Posey County, Indiana. On 3 Sep 1882, in Posey County, Indiana he married (2) Mary STANDARD. Fielden and Catherine are both buried in the cemetery on Lower Road west of Mt Vernon, Posey County, Indiana.
  6. Sarah MILLS (David) born 1803/1806 in Kentucky and died 1860. She married William DUCKWORTH.
  7. Susannah MILLS (David) born 26 Feb 1808 in Indiana and died 24 Dec 1885 in Posey County, Indiana. On 27 Oct 1824, in Posey County, Indiana she married Roley McFADIN.
  8. David Alexander MILLS Jr (David) born 1812 in Posey County, Indiana and died 2 Oct 1854 in Posey County, Indiana. On 11 Mar 1835, in Posey County, Indiana he married Sarah BARTON.
  9. William MILLS (David) born 1814 in Posey County, Indiana and died 1861 in Posey County, Indiana. On 19 Jan 1832 in Posey County, Indiana, he married Lydia OWENS, daughter of Thomas OWENS and Elizabeth ROGERS. Lydia was born 1816 in Posey County, Indiana.
  10. Mary Ann "Polly" MILLS (David) born 10 Feb 1817 in Black Twp, Posey County, Indiana and died 17 Jan 1904 in Omaha, Gallatin County, Illinois. On 3 Jan 1833, in Posey County, Indiana she married John Lewis BENNER Sr. John was born 11 Jul 1807 in Germany and died 9 May 1861.

  12. Nancy MILLS (David) born 3 Mar 1821 in Posey County, Indiana and died 7 May 1896 in Mt Vernon, Posey County, Indiana. On 3 Mar 1844, in Posey County, Indiana she married Joseph F WELBORN. James was born 6 Aug 1818 in Guilford County, North Carolina.
