Birth	circa 1690	Pierre Louis was born circa 1690 at Acadia, Canada.1
Marriage	circa 1717	Pierre Louis Allain married Marguerite LeBlanc, daughter of Antoine I LeBlanc and Marie Bourgeois, circa 1717. They had 13 children including 4 boys. Son Louis Allain married in 1748, at Beaubassin, Anne Leger, and settled at Petitcodiac, New Brunswick. Fearing deportation, he sought refuge with his family at Miramichi which was under the protection of commander Charles de BoishTbert. He later settled at Bouctouche leaving his son Michel, married to Josette Savoie, at Neguac. Son Pierre married Catherine Hebert and after the Deportation they settled in Louisiana. There is only one Catherine Hebert in the St. Charles records and it is Catherine Josephe bn. 5 Nov 1731. Her parents were Jean Hebert and Marie Madeleine Douaron. She may be the spouse of Louis [Pierre] Allain (post on Acadian/Cajun board 20 Nov 2006). They were part of the group of French that we deported from Acadia to Louisiana. He is head of a household of five persons on the 1763 census of Baltimore, MD. In 1767 at St. Gabriel [Iberville, LA], he is 44 years old, with 8 arpents of land, living with wife and two more children since 1763 census. It was this family that historians believe brought the St. Charles aux Mines registers into Louisiana. Catherine died in 1803 in Iberville, Louisiana. Pierre died Dec 1807 in Iberville, Louisiana.1
Death	circa 1745	Pierre Louis died circa 1745 at near Brest, France. He was on a voyage to France. It is likely that he was employed by his brother in law, Nicholas Gauthier and may have been a navigator as was his father.1
