School* 1901 Nellie B McNitt attended in Hartford, at Michigan in 1901. Nellie completed her academic education in the Hartford high school, being graduated in the class of 1901. For several years thereafter she was a successful public school teacher in her home county.2 
!AInfoNew 1910 She studied chiropractry at the Grand Rapids institute of this school of the healing art, and was graduated from it in 1910. She has been very successful in the practice of her profession, and her reputation in it grows as the years go by. Mr. Warren, her husband, is a farmer, and he also does well in his business.2 
Marriage* 7 April 1911 Nellie B McNitt, 29 years old, married Hermie Franklin Warren, who was 22 years old, , son of Willis Herman Warren and Emma (?), 7 April 1911 in Benton Harbor, Berrien county, Michigan.1

Cen1920* 5 January 1920 Nellie B McNitt and Hermie Franklin Warren show on the 1920 U.S. census in Casnovia township, Muskegon county, Michigan taken on 5 January 1920. Hermie is 31 years old, born in Michigan father born in New York and mother born in Pennsylvania. He is a general farmer and is renting his farm. Nellie B is 38 years old, born in Michigan. Daughters Marjorie is 7 and Melba R is 8/12.3 
Cen 1930* 18 April 1930 Nellie B McNitt and Hermie Franklin Warren were found on the 1930 US census taken on on 18 April 1930 in at Cassnovia township, Muskegon county, Michigan. Hermie Warren is 42 years old and born in Michigan. He is a general farmer, is renting this farm and owns a radio. Wife is Nellie, 48 born in Michigan. There is no indication on this census that she is a doctor of any sort. They were first married when Hemie was 23 and Nellie was 25. Daughter Marjorie is 18 and daughter Melba is 10. Hermie's mother, Emma is in this household also as a 68 year old widow, born in Pennsylvania.4 
Note* 15 December 1938 As of 15 December 1938 she was living in Casnovia, MI. She wrote a sympathy letter to Arline Morin. She had seen Effie Morin at OES meeing in May of 1938. Effie died in August. Nellie was tripped by an electric fence, cut her leg and turned her hip. Called a brother in Benton Harbor. (This brother was likely Leslie). He straightened out her leg so she could walk. This happened in the fall of 1938. She did contact relatives of Effie's living in Hartford about Effie's death. Nellie's mother, Emma, was active in OES. In this note she spoke of her two daughters and what they were doing.5

Nellie B died on 6 May 1969 at Conklin, at Ottawa county, at Michigan at age 88.6,1
