Hatch, Walter,
Bishop of the Oxford Ward, Oneida Stake, Idaho, from 1904 to 1920,
was born April 17, 1868, in Bountiful, Utah, a son of Orrin Hatch
and Maria Thompson. He was baptized June 24, 1877, filled a mission
to the Northern States in 1899-1901, and was ordained a Bishop
May 15, 1904, by Geo. Albert Smith.
