Hatch, William Ira, Bishop of the Scipio Ward, Millard Stake, Utah, from 1918 to 1919, was born March 10, 1857, in Carson, Nevada, a son of Orin and Maria T. Hatch. He was ordained a Bishop May 12, 1918, by David O. McKay and died Jan. 21, 1919.
