This page contains the images, of the original manuscript, written by Malcolm Owens, for an article published in the News Register in McMinnville, Yamhill Co., Oregon, in 1959. Malcolm started his research on the Owens family about 20 years eariler, in 1939, while some of the children and grandchildren of Thomas Owens were still alive. In his letter to the Editor, he mentions photos were included, these photos have not yet been located. The author of the Manuscript, Malcolm G Owens was born in 1913, in Portland Oregon. He is the son of Herbert Malcolm Owens and Mae Ellenor Cunningham. Herbert Malcolm Owens was the grandson of Thomas Owens.
