Philip appointed executor. from patent Book 4 of Charles City County, Prince George County in book, Early Virginia Families Along The James River, by Louise Pledge Heath Foley, Volume II - 1978 : Robert Nicholson 500 acres, Charles City County, 3 Jan 1655 on N side of James River opposite to Tapeehanna marsh ........"
