MARR SOUR International Genealogical Index 1993 Edition and Amelia County Marriage Bonds. His brother, Richard Webber, was surety, Richard Webber and Wm. Chapman were witnesses to consent, and John Chapman, Sr. gave consent.

Rutherford County Tennessee records list a bill of sale from Seth Webber to Richard Webber, Book V page 732, 1837. The same records show a bill of sale from Seth Webber, et al to James S. Mosely father, in 1821 - book N page 279.
