Think Ben was related to the son of Ben H of Brunswick Co. VA

This Ben looks like he may be the son of James HARRISON and Mary Ann Washington of Brunswick Co., VA. Patrick HARRISON indicates that Ben's wife to be Mary Ann LASHLEY. I have dropped him in this family but so far is NOT PROVEN - needs more research.

Madison Co Wills: probate record 15, pages 196 &197. Acknowledged & proven and recorded in OMB 13 Page 353.

Land known as the Thompson Tract purchased from the late David Moore containing 723 acres. Tract of land purchased from Reubin Pryor containig 525 acres, Pror Plantation; Nubin Ridge plantation containing 273 acres, Limestone Plantation.

My executors pay my just debts including my subscription to Memphis & Charleston Railroad Co. out of any monies I have or debts due me. If this fund isn't enought for this purpose, to cultivate and keep together my Thompson and Pryor plantations with all slaves, farm tools, mules and horses, not before specifically bequeathed, until crops on the land is sufficient to pay all debts. ^[S514] ^[S51]
