From the Jones Records: Barzilla Harrison, John C. Harrison, Middleton Harrison and others bought properties/items of Abner A. Strange (estate). Administraton of Barzilla Harrisons estate was committed to the Sherriff 25 Jul 1832 (Barzilla had died more than 3 months past). Jonathan H. Ridgeway, Jonathan Isom and Joseph Moore are appointed to appraise the estate. 11 Mar 1833 Wade H Vining, Sheriff, admin of Barzilla Harrison, petition for sale of land. citation issued to Retina Harrison (widow) & Albert A., Perryman M., Simon B, Elizabeth A., Jeremiah and Barzilla; Robert Austin. Jr. appointed guardian for above named children who are all infants.

24 Jun 1833. Adison Binford, John W. Binford, Wilkensen Bazzell are appointed commissioners to sell lands of Barzilla Harrison. Barzilla's final estate settlement was made on 29 Jan 1835
