Huntsville Independent Newspaper, Thurs Nov 3, 1887
Wedding write up. Rev Dr Cave of Nashville Tenn officiating. At the home of the brides mother, Mrs. Maria Donnell. Mr. Shelby Fletcher acted as groom's best man. The bridal party reached the City on the 5:45 train and a pleasant reception was tendered them at the residence of the groom's mother, Mrs. Perry L. Harrison on East Holmes St. The groom is too well known by our citizens to need anything but a fried mention here. He is a young man of sterling worth whose manly disposition and many noble traits of character have made him a host of friends who rejoice with him in his good fortune. The happy bride is one of Greenbrier's fairest daughters. Her beautiful character and many virtues made her conspicious wherever she goes. The groom is indeed fortunate in possessing a bride so lovely so worthy of the admiration of one. The Independent with the numerous friends of the happy couple tenders congratulations and best wishes for their future happiness.
The Democrat Newspaper Huntsville, AL
Nov 2 1887 - Mr. Harrison is one of Jackson County's cleverest farmers and the bride is beautiful and winson. The Democrat wishes them a long life of happiness.

May have been born on the 15th. May have been married to a Nathaniel Davis Terry either along with or instead of Newton Terry.
Sandi GORIN writes: She is buried at the Terry Cemetery in Griderville, KY ... doesn't appear on any map, it's an old community just outside of Hiseville. I've been to the cemetery. Her first husband was Nathaniel Terry. [S456] [S864]
