Notes
Owner/editor of Beloit Gazette (KS); have bio on him.
He was a State Senator at the time and he died in his hotel room after attending senate meetings during the day. He was buried from the Capitol building in Topeka and is buried at his wife's family plot in Kansas City. I have lots of newpaper articles on him. His biography is also in the book Kansas and Kansans. He was also editor and publisher of the Beloit Gazette at the time of his death. [S159] [S1007]
