"PO-PO" Obituary: Cage Cross Sr. Cage Cross Sr. Aged 67 [he was really 87], of Route , a retired cotton buyer and owner of Cage Cross Company, a wholesale appliance distributor, died Thursday. He was born at Pine Bluff, son of M.C. and Adele Bracy Cross. He attended Pine Bluff Public schools and the University of Arkansas. He was a member of Winfield United Methodist Church and the Couples Class and was a trustee of Winfield's Administrative board. He was a member of the Rotary Club and Sigmu Nu Fraternity. Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Gladys Paul Cross, four sons, Dr. J.B. Cross of Little Rock, Cage Cross Jr., of Seattle, John R. Cross of Ft. Meade, Md., and Paul Cross of Norman, Okla; 13 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Funeral will be at 3p.m. Friday at Ruebel Funeral Home by Rev. C. Ray Hozendorf and Rev. R.B. Moore. Pallbearers will be Gene Bracy, Jack Bracy, Sam Bracy III, Dr. Calvin Bracy, Jim McCall, Sterling Cockrill Jr., James Rice and Sterling Hankins. Honorary pallbearers will be members of the Buxbee's Couples Sunday School Class. Burial will be at Roselawn Memorial Park.
