Owned property called Cherryhill. Executors: Archibald C. Fetner and Mordecai Harrison.

Codicil names: two grandsons: John W. H. and Archibald I. Duncan (children of his daughter, Priscilla, deceased). Signed April 17, 1861 and witnessed by Jeremiah B. Park and L. W. Landrum.
