Moved to Clark Co., Ala., represented Monroe Co. in the first state legislature. He died in Lowndes Co., Al., before 1850 (1850 census shows his wife a widow.) His wife's father was a prominent pioneer of Georgia. Records in Morgan Co., Ga., show transfers of property in 1816. He moved to Clarke Co., Ala. Later he moved to Lowndes Co., near Hayneville, Al., where he lived at his home "Pantheon." He died there and his descendants lived in Hope Hull, Al.
1804: Green Co., Ga.; Henry H. Harne of Bryan Co. to Pascal Harrison of Green Co., $1,000 for 230 acres of land in Green Co., on Town Creek, being land formerly of Joseph Carmichael, deceased and now adjoining lands of Gresham Lockhart, Watts and Roges. Morgan Co., Ga., Paschal Harrison, military records 1784-1815, Deed book B.E pgs 111,112,114.
1816: Joseph Phillips of Clark Co., Mississippi Territory gives power of attorney to Paschal Harrison. Paschal Harrison of Jasper Co., Ga. sells 85 acres and 81 acres on Indian Creek.
1819: Jan 15; Alabama Territory, Joseph Phillips of above territory sold to Ezekial E. Park of Ga. 194 acres in Morgan Co. for $2,328, West side of Oconee River bordering Flannigan and Leonard's land. Joseph Phillips died in Clark Co., Al. 1821: Paschal living in Houston Co., Ga.
