Notes

Obit. in Easton Express, Easton PA, 21 JUN 1963, lists his age as 73.

He died in the home of his son, JF Masterson, 83 Miller St. He was a

millwright at the Ingersoll-Rand Co. for 38 years, retired in 1956.

Also a member of Sts. Philip and James Catholic Church. Have a

discharge paper from US military service due to physically deficiency,

dated 17 SEP 1917. Buried in Easton Heights Cemetery, 10th ST, Easton,

PA. He was the oldest son of 13 children, but 2 died young (this

conflicts with 1880 and 1910 census info.) In 1910, was a RR brakeman.
