Her parentage is listed in Perrin's "History of Christian Co., KY".
Sherri Tatham has evidence to discount Tunis Hood book: According to the book "The Tunis Hood Family", the will of Reuben Harrison was signed Sept 20, 1838. And, his daughter Margaret was married to Elbert V. Harrison son of Col. Benjamin Harrison. Which is a misinterpretation on all counts. Margaret married to Lawrence Bryant, Jr. Elbert H. Harrison is married to another daughter and he is the son of Benjamin Harrison, but not the Col. [S456]
