The information on this site is a combination of my own research and research done by a myriad of others, to whom I am extremely grateful. I have tried to give credit where it is due so if you feel hard done by please let me know.

You will find information about the ancestors and relatives of my wife, and myself, as well as information about the places that they have lived in and even some of the ships that they emigrated on. The major part of this site is organized on the basis of a page for a surname. I have chosen to structure the generations by numbering them, while this doesn’t make the finding of siblings easy it is useful for tracing back the generations. 

In order to protect the privacy of the living I have only included minimal details of adults, such as their name and their spouse’s name, and no details of children. If you want your name removed please just ask me.
