Linda Ball (email LBall3466@aol.com) of Inkster, MI, is researching the Af-American Harneys of Giles County, TN. They are possibly the descendants of slaves that Elvin Erskin Harney inherited from his grandfather Jacob Miller's farm near Elkton. Please contact her if you have any information.
