his wife was Elizabeth ? born ABT. 1800 in Ireland.

My direct line is from the BALL family.  The BALL family is descended from Edward Halsey BALL. 

I am hoping to learn about the parents of Lewis HOWE and the parents of Joseph PIERCE and his wife Elizabeth. 

I would like to correspond with any Irish PIERCE researchers.  I estimate that this family came from Ireland between 1800 and 1820.

They may have landed in Pennsylanvia before relocating to New York.
