Notes for Jonathan Anderson Thrailkill
He was a Constable on May 3, 1820 in Cahawba County, AL
He was one of the first deacons and the church clerk at Schultz Creek Baptist church in the River Bend community of Bibb County in 1830
He was one of the earliest settlers to Cahawba Falls (Centerville), Al.
He was also a church clerk for the Bethel Baptist Church in Bibb County, AL
Both he and William C. were delegates to the Cahawba Baptist Association -
William between 1818-1905 and Jonathan between 1827-1833.

There is a registered historical town of Thrailkill, Mississippi. This is where William Caroll ended up, after Jonathan died, along with other Thrailkills. Of course there is nothing remaining but foundations and it is in thick woods and underbrush. Also up the road from there, there is a cemetery full of Thrailkills. Here are some of the tombstones:
