28thFebruary 1791 On which day appeared Personally John Hanks and alledgeds that Hercules Hanks late of Stow on the Wold in the County and Diocese of Gloucester ----holds lately died Instestate and that he the said John Hanks was and is the natural and lawful Son and one of the most of him of the said deced Wherefore he prayed that Administration of all and singular the Goods Chattels Rights and Credits of the said deced might be granted and committed to him on giving such good and sufficient Security as in this behalf is required Will as also to Exhibit an Inventory ---end or and account Let? Adm--- be granted as above prayed Tho: Rudge Sur. Sworn to less than 100£
