    In the name of God Amen I Henry Hanks, of Addlestrop in the County of Glouester labor-
    being of good memory and understanding do make and ordaine this my Last will & Testament
    in form following first I bequeath my soule to God hoping for Salvation in and
    through the merits of my Saviour Jesus Christ & my Body to be Decently Buried at the Dis-
    posion of my Executrise hereafter named
    I Give unto my father Richard Hanks the sum of one Shilling
    I Give unto al my Brothers and Sisters the Sum of one Shilling A peice
    to be paid by my Executrise within one year after my Desease

    I Give and Bequeath unto my loving Wife Judith Hanks al & singular
    my Estate taken & During the Life of my Sister Martha. With my Goods
    Chattles Debts Ready money household goods & al the rest of my Substance
    Whatsoever and I Appoint Judith Hanks my Loving wife to be Executrix
    of this my Last will and Testament in Witness whereof I have hereunto Left my hand
    and Seal

    Presense of us this twenty first
