Mountain Ash Jam

 

 

Ingredients

 

  6 1/2 Lbs Preserving Sugar 1 Pint Water
  12 lbs Mountain Ash Berries  
   

Method

 

  Dissolve the sugar in water, until a clear syrup is formed.

Add Mountain Ash Berries and boil until it is the consistency of Jam.
