Mountain Ash Jam |

Ingredients
|
| 6 1/2 Lbs Preserving Sugar | 1 Pint Water | |
| 12 lbs Mountain Ash Berries |
|
Method
|
|
| Dissolve the
sugar in water, until a clear syrup is formed.
Add Mountain Ash Berries and boil until it is the consistency of Jam. |
