The 1850 federal census for Bucklin, Linn Co MO lists W N Davis - dwelling

number 175, family number 175.  W N was 32 years old, a farmer laborer.  The

value of his personal estate was 90.  He was born in Virginia.

 

Nancy J was 25 years old and born in Kentucky.

Thomas was 10 years old, born in Missouri.

Hariat was 8 years old, born in Missouri.

Lucy  A. age 5, born in Missouri.  (Lucy married Albert Swink brother of my Gr. Gr. Grandma Hanover Tinsley Davis's wife)

Marshal was 4 years old, born in Missouri.

Hardin was 2 years old, born in Missouri.

wife of Augustus their daughter Mary Burk , married July 7 1878 they have one daughter Dora age one

By 1900 census Augustus is deceased as is Dora daughter and Mary is a widow living with her parents.There was also a son born ,William

 

Alverson Davis is also in Bucklin with wife  Adelia (Pendelton) they were married May 26 1880 I have no record of Alverson and family after this date, I cannot find them in any census.

 

Euginia Troutman sister of William Nicholas is also a widow living in Bucklin with sons Edgar and Benjamin
