Generation 3-Henry Proctor -son of Edwin

Henry Proctor  son of Edwin and Maria Proctor  was born September 1832 in in East Gwillimbury ,York Co. Ontario , and died June 24, 1884 in Maryborough,Wellington Co.  Ontario.  He married Margaret Alenza Giles 1860, daughter of James Giles (follow Link for more about Margaret)

    Henry Proctor, b. June 16, 1869, Drayton, Ontario; d. July 06, 1945, Nanaimo,B.C; married Olivia Helen Gibson

    Melissa Alenza Proctor , b. 1861; married Lucius Rufus Adams

    Albert Edward Proctor, b. October 26, 1866; d. March 13, 1889, Drayton, Ontario.

Will and Probate of Henry Proctor

Unto the Surrogate Court of the County of Wellington . The Petition of Margaret Proctor of the Township of Maryborough in the County of Wellington ,Widow

Humbly _______

That Henry Proctor of the Township of Maryborough in the County of Wellington ,farmer ,deceased died on or about the twenty fourth day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighty- four, at the township of Maryborough in the County of Wellington, That the said deceased in his lifetime made his last will and testament bearing the date of the 22 day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighty four .That the petitioner is the Executrix named in the said will the Executors therein named having renounced right to probate. That the value of personal estate and effects of the said deceased (unreadable) the value of six hundred dollars to the best of the petitioners knowledge and belief .Therefore your petitioner prays that probate of said will of the said deceased may be granted to her by this Honourable Court .

I revoke all former wills or other testaments and dispositions by me at any time heretofore and declare this only to be the and contain my last will and testament..

I direct all my just debts, funeral and testamentary expenses to be paid and satisfied by my executors hereinafter named as soon as ______ after my decease.

I give and devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate of which I may die possessed in the manner following that is to say:

1.To my beloved wife Margaret Proctor, I give devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate whatsoever _______________ and to me belonging includng the East half of Lot number sixteen on the Eleventh Concession of the Township of Maryborough aforesaid also all my household furniture wearing apparel in ______

2.To my Children , Melissa Alzina , wife of Lucius R. Adams, of the Township of Peel ,James Giles , Albert Edward,  Henry and Jane I bequeath the sum of one dollar each to be paid each as he or she arrives at the age of twenty -one years.

3. And I hereby authorize and empower my Executors and Executrix hereinafter named at any time they think right in the interests of my said wife and children to sell and dispose of my real estate making good and sufficient deed of conveyance therefore in carrying out the terms of my last will and testament.

All residue of my estate not herein before disposed of I give devise and bequeath unto my said wife Margaret Proctor .
