Well, God knows this site has been neglected by yours truly. I've added bits and pieces over the last couple of years, but it'll be up to you to find it!

I switched ISP, so this site may also be hard to find, but if you're reading this, then you're here!

I owe many thanks to Edie Aparton, Margaret Gilbert and Nancy Tringali Randall who have provided me with some engrossing information on my distant cousin Levi David HAIN. This guy must have been something, to have so much information written about him and his descendants. His wife Maribee PUTMAN HAIN descends from a prominant family herself. This continues to be a work-in-progress website devoted to my HAIN, PETTICREW, DUNNING, WILEY and TONKIN ancestors. Most of the information has been passed on to me from living relatives.

I'd like to thank Lowell S. Thomas for the information he provided on my McPHERSON line and George A. Petticrew for all of his well thought out research on our PETTICREW line. Like me, George is a direct descendant of Revolutionary War veteran John Finley PETTICREW. I am very grateful for the extensive data and insight he is providing me to our very "tangled" PETTICREW family. (How many Johns, Davids and James can one family have!)

I dedicate this web page to my Grandfather Richard W. Hain Sr. (97 years old this year!), his late sister Isabel (Aunt Izzy) and to my Cousin Katherine Kimmerle Follett who passed away last year. Without the massive amounts of information and photos I've gleaned from them through the years, these pages would be without content.
