James Vandy officiating. Burial followed in the Warren Cemetery at Himyar. Hopper Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. |

She died Sept 10, 2002. | Lucy was survived by her daughter, Mildred Bright and husband Kenneth of Barbourville; three grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; her sisters, Mattie Franks and husband Bill of Middletown, Ohio; Norma Averell of Palm Coast, FL, and Wilma Stamper of Middletown, Ohio; her brothers Delmar Bright and wife Loretta of Dewitt, Lawrence Bright, Jr. and wife Evelyn of Barbourville and Winston Bright; her sister-in-law, Dora Bright of Gray. |
