In the name of god Amen. The xij day December In the fiveth yere of the Raign of our
dreade Soveraign Lorde Edward the Sixte by the grace of god Kinge of England,
France and Irelande, defendor of the faith and in earthe Supreme hedde of the
Churche of Englande and also of Ireland.
I,
Richard Guppie of South Perott in the Dioces of Bristoll callinge to my
remembrance that man is mortall and hath no suertye of lieff in this vale of
mysterye and thinckinge myself at this presente tyme of a good and perfitt
remembrance do make my laste will and testament in manner and forme followinge.
