WILL: Whereas Ann Sibley, relict of Isaac Sibley, late of Effingham County, deceased, hath applied for letters of administration on the estate and effects of the said deceased, as nearest of kindred. These are therefore to cite and admonish all and sigular the kindred and creditors of deceased, to file their objection (if any there be) in my office on or before the 18th day of January 1811, other wise, letter of administration will be granted.
