Johnson married Mary Nettie MASON "Polly" 1, 2 about 1832 in NC. Polly was born about 1812 in NC.

NOTE: It is possible that Nettie Mason and Mary (Polly) are two separate people. Her name was Mary on the 1850 Jefferson Co, AR census, Polly on the 1860 Jefferson Co, AR census, and Nettie Mason on the death certificate of her daughter, Elizabeth Wilson Moore Musick. Polly was a common nickname for Mary so it is probable that Mary (1850) and Polly (1860) is the same person. It is possible that Nettie Mason was Johnson's first wife and Mary 'Polly' was his second.

What if her whole name was Mary Pernettie Mathis. (Question posed by Mickie Griffith)

As incredible as it seems, Allen was the father of three sets of twins!! As he was also a twin, it would stand to reason that he might have had one set but subsequent records show that he was had three sets, two sets by the same wife, Elizabeth Walker.
It is not for certain that the photo that's attached with Allen is him. Judging from the age that's written down in the corner of the photo, the clothing, and the age of the photo, this is our best guess.

20. Elizabeth W MOORE 1, 2 (John Jackson , John Jackson ) was born in Nov 1820 in Rutherford Co, NC. She died before 1880 in Leon Co, TX.

I am basing my supposition on:
a) The pattern of birth places fits the migration pattern of the children of John and Polly. She was born in NC,
her oldest child in AL, and the younger children in AR.
b) The oldest son bears the name the name John. There are also children named Mary, Richard S, Margrett,
William, and Allen. All of these names are very common in the Moore family.

c) At least two of her children, John and Richard, are buried in Mount Pisgah Cemetery in Leon Co, TX where
several of the Moore family is buried.
d) There is a John Johnson, age 13, born in AR, living with Elizabeth's brother Allen Moore and his family in the
1870 Leon County census.
e) Her sons, William and Allen, are twins. Twins were very prevalent in the Moore family. In fact, Allen M.
Moore had three sets of twins. lfg 7 May 2002
f) Her husband and children are in the Oakwood area of Leon County in 1880. (lfg May 2002)

21. Rebecca MOORE 1, 2, 3 (James , John Jackson ) was born on 6 Apr 1812 in Rutherford Co, NC. She died before 1840.

CHILDREN: I am not sure how many children Rebecca had, or what their names were. There is conflicting documentation about both her children and her death date. Some say she died in 1842, but the marriage record for Green Lovelace and Marthy Nichols show they married 14 Sep 1840. I have not been able to find Green and Martha in the 1850 census, but William (age 16), Daniel (age17), Rebecca (age 15), and Benjamin (age 14) are living in the household of Nancy Lovelace, age 60, in H/H 1300/1332 in 1850 Rutherford Co, NC census (image 120). These children would have been born about 1834, 1833, 1835, and 1836, respectively. Green and Martha (H/H 82/80) are living between William (H/H 77/75) and Daniel (H/H 86/84) in 1860 Rutherford County. I have seen Leander (Lee) and John Lovelace listed as the children of Green and Rebecca, but, according to the 1860 Rutherford County census they were born about 1845 and 1847, respectively so they would have been the children of Green and Martha. I have also seen an Albert Lovelace listed as a child of Green and Rebecca, but have not found him in any census. (lfg, 1 Aug 2002)
