MISCELLANEOUS: Although I don't know who he belongs to, there a W. Norwood Folks, aged 24, born in MS (his parents born there also) listed as a grandson of S. C. Duncan, age 75, female, born in VA in the 1880 Tangipahoa Parish, LA census, enumeration district 180, page 1.
There's also an Irene Folkes, age 8 born LA, living with her grandfather, Sylanus Shumway, age 70 born VA listed on page 17.

Willis married California CROWDER "Callie" ^{1, 2, 3} in 1876 in Washington Parish, LA. Callie was born on 10 Apr 1857 in MS. She died on 4 Feb 1932 in prob Anderson Co, TX and was buried in Poynor, Henderson, TX.
