LAST SURVIVING BROTHER OF GENERAL CUSTER DIES
A message, informing him of the death of his cousin, Nevin J. Custer, at his home in Monroe, Mich., was received Tuesday by Monford D. Custer, secretary of the Novelty Advertising Co.
Nevin Custer was the last surviving brother of Gen. George A. Custer, the hero of the famous Custer's Massacre. The Custers were native of Harrison County, O., the house in which Gen. Custer was born still standing in the village of New Rumley, about three miles north of Scioto.
