STANCIL -- ANDREW J., age 64, died Wednesday afternoon at a local hospital.

Surviving are four daughters, Mrs. Jean Wells, Chattanooga; Mrs. Inez Rovie, Meriden, Conn.; Mrs. Mattie Hodges, Meriden, Conn.; Mrs. Anita Lowe, Birmingham, Ala.; three sons, John Terry Stancil, Birmingham, Ala.; James Stancil, Birmingham, Ala.; Roy Stancil, Meriden, Conn.; one sister, Mrs. A.M. Bennett, Cleveland, Tenn.; 2 brothers, William Starks, Cohutta, Ga.; J.E. Stancil. Pecan Gap, Tex.; nine grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.

Complete arrangements will be announced later. The National Funeral Home in charge.

BENNETT--Mrs. Emma Stancil, 84, of Cleveland, Tenn., wife of the late A. M. Bennett, pioneer settler of Bradley County and a well-known farmer of the Blue Springs community, died Thursday morning in a Montgomery hospital after a short illness. She was a member of the Blue Springs Baptist Church. She is survived by six daughters, Mrs. Nora Copen, Chattanooga, Mrs. Mae Frumidge, Tampa; Mrs. Olavee Crisp, Cocoa, Fla.; Mrs. Alma Exum, Tampa; Mrs. Margie
Allen and Mrs. Virginia Worley, both of Montgomery; three sons, Earl, Roy and Frank Bennett;
all of Cleveland; 38 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; one brother, Jim Stancil, Pecan Gap, Tex. The funeral will be Sunday at 2 p.m. from the chapel of Buckner Funeral Home by the Rev. Percy Maples, pastor of the Waterville Baptist Church and the Rev. Samuel Melton.

Burial in Hopewell Cemetery, Whitfield County, Ga. The body will remain at the funeral home with Buckner Funeral Home in charge.

Last Will and Testament of Sam Stancil

I Sam Stancil of said State and County being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make this my last will and Testament and hereby revoking all wills herefore made by me.

I wish my executor as soon as possible after my death to pay my debts, If sale of property shall be necessary I wish him to select for sale that which can be most advantageously used for that purpose; and I authorize him to sell the same at public and private sale as he may see fit. I give to my beloved wife Stella J. Stancil one half of all my lands.This is in lien of dower. I give to my son James E. Stancil the other half of my lands. The said James E. Stancil to have the East half, and my wife Stella J. Stancil to have the Western half of said lands. The said Stella J. Stancil is to have full control of the lands hereby willed to her so long as she lives, then said lands falls, Ruth Elizabeth Stancil the daughter of said Sam and  Stella J. Stancil. On the condition the said Ruth Elizabeth Stancil should die before  she comes in posession of said lands the lands then shall go to said James E. Stancil, or if the said Ruth Elizabeth Stancil should die leaving no heirs,the said lands then shall fall to the said James E. Stancil. Having given my children Rebecca J. Stancil, George Alexander Stancil, Jasper N. Stancil their portion of my goods as I wished each to have.

I do hereby appoint R.G.Shields executor of this my last will. In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand this Sept-4th-1909

STANCIL--- Mrs. Sarah Exie Patty, 49, wife of A. J. Stancil, died Monday afternoon at residence, 518 Georgia avenue.

Surviving are husband, four daughters, Mrs. C. A. Lindner, Miss Wilma Jean Stancil and
Mrs. Harry L. Pieper, of Chattanooga, and Mrs. W. L. Lowe, of Birmingham, Ala.; three sons, John Terry, James and Roy Stancil, of Chattanooga, and two grandsons.

Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock Wednesday afternoon from Ringgold Baptist church, the
Rev. A. M. Stansel officiating. Interment, Anderson Cemetery. The body will remain at the funeral home of J. Avery Bryan company.
