Note: It appears that Remount Depots No. 8 and No. 9 was at Carbon Blanc, Gironde, France in the vicinity of Bordeaux. (It needs to be confirmed that both remount depots were there.)

VETERINARY HOSPITAL NO., 4 CARBON BLANC
The 15th and the 6th Cavalry saw duty at the Remount Depot and Veterinary Hospital No. 4. It appears that the cavalry regiments and remount squadrons did move around to serve where needed, more research in needed.
