Was a Secretary of State for Tourism, Industry and Commerce in State of Mato Grosso do Sul. In 1952-54 worked for a grain wholesaler in Santa Rosa and Tres de Maio RS. In 1955-59 with uncle Ivo Weller, worked for Pampa SA Exportadora e Importadora (commodity, chemical, tools import/export), in Porto Alegre, where he became General Manager. Also of Nepain S.A., Sorol S.A (an oil seed crushing plant which he managed 1965-69). In 1970 formed his own company A Heberle Exportacao e Importacao, in Porto Alegre, as an export, import and bokerage firm. Opened offices in Buenos Aires and Sao Paulo, under the name of Heberle Soja S/C Ltd. With Ivo Weiler S.A. 1970-89. In 1979-82 opened offices in Buenos Aires to trade Argentine vegetable oils arid seeds to the Brazilian crushers, and corn to the chicken and pig producers. In 1989 sold companies, moved to Buenos Aires again, and started working for Ceval Alimentos S.A., the largest Brazilian oil seed crushing group, and third largest in meat and chicken production. In 1990 moved to Campo Grande, working for the government on development projects.

missionary in Cameroon 1934-59. He wrote a book under the name of J. Gilles Heberle, about the Catholic missions in the Cameroon, which was
published in 1960. Father Héberlé supported the independence movement.
However, along with 2 other priests, he became a victim of the violence which
accompanied the independence movement. On November 29, 1959 the mission station
at Banka Banfang was attacked. Father Héberlé was killed.

Hill. He m Caroline in SA. Children: Emma (b 1872), Annie (b 1875). Worked as miner
at Burra mine SA, then Moonta (until c1885), then Broken Hill.
Carl August Hermann (Herman) Heberle b 1846 CZ and d 1918 Broken
Hill. He m Kitty Gregor (b 1847, d 1933 Broken Hill). Children: Charles (b 1866), Maria C (b 1867), Charles (b 1872), Kitty (b 1874), Herman Frederick (b 1876), Thomas George (b 1879), Kitty (b 1882), Emily (b 1884), William C (b 1886), Georgina (b 1889). They lived in mining areas near Adelaide until settling
in Broken Hill in 1886. Herman was superintendent of the Cambrian Silver Mine
1886-87 and managed Silver Ring Mine 1887-90 in Broken Hill. Foundation member
and in 1892 he was elected president of the Amalgamated Miners Association
(union) at Broken Hill. He was one of 7 union leaders jailed for inciting
workers to strike. Released 14.3.1893. Family went to West Australia for a few
years after this. He worked in or managed mines in the Coolgardie and Bardoc
areas. Returned to Broken Hill in 1899
and continued to work in the mines. Prospected for gold in the Bendigo district
Victoria in early 1860s. Lived in Burra in 1865-67 and in Moonta 1872-84.
