The goal of
this project is to document the various
Green families of the upcountry of South Carolina.
Our group found each other on the Internet. We
had individually been researching the Abbeville
and Pendleton Co Greens for many years. Some of
us had parents and grandparents who began this
search years ago. We each had information that the
others needed and together we have finally been
able to put our family into some order.
In the course of our work, we have
acquired a great
deal of information on other Green families. It is our
desire to share that information and to encourage other
Green descendants to share theirs.
Lets see where it goes!
