A Windows computer reference released August 1 represents the first software
about the royal families of Britain and continental Europe.

RoyaList, published by Bede Technology Corp, Treasure Island, FL, contains
information about more than 3,600 individuals, all linked into an enormous
family tree (dating back to the 9th century). Users can browse through the
tree, zoom in on any one of the individuals for a biographic profile, and
calculate how any two of them are related.

The program has an exclusive "inbreeding factor" that's the first attempt
to quantify generations of inbreeding to determine how comparatively inbred
some royals are. RoyaList also shows users which individuals were characters
in Shakespeare's historical plays and whether they said any famous lines;
what places were named after them; and what actors portrayed the individuals
in films and plays.
