86 of Brian Center, Lincolnton, died July 13, 1999. A native of Cherryville, NC, she is the daughter of the late Alfred I. and Beulah Dellinger Stroupe, wife of the late Paul D. Graves, and sister of the late Lillian Smith, Della Short, Iva Rhyne, Mildred Winfield, Christine Foxe, and Jack Stroupe.
She was a retired floral designer in Pageland, SC, a seamstress and dressmaker, and was a substitute teacher for Pageland High School. She was a member of the American Legion Auxilliary and also Pageland United Methodist Church.
