JOHN, GRANDVILLE & EDWIN. D. MITCHELL

I am helping to research the Mitchell family from hopkins, wood, upsher and red river co texas. John Mitchell had a son named Benjamin of who had a son named grandville mitchell. Grandville married three times. The first one was to betsie epps, then laura foster and last to a lula hamiter. Grandville and lula both died around dallas texas. grandville had a son and daughter by his first wife. as story would tell edwin d. mitchell and his sister was raised by a uncle until the aunt died and some were sent to a orphanage. edwin excaped and later went back for his sister.
