Additional notes: Frank's aunt, Bernice Phillips Bowman thinks
that Ronald Gerome Phillips and Roy Cecil Phillips names should be
swapped around in the above picture. We tend to agree. Frank
looks a lot like his grandfather, Ronald Phillips. Frank looked
a lot like the boy on the far right at his age. Frank's grandmother,
Eugenia Dansby Phillips, was referred to as Genie or Gene.
On the first row the boy indentified as unknown was told to us
by Norene Phillips Teal to be Ernest Clyde Phillips and the boy identified
as Clyde Phillips is one of the Ketchum's boys.
