north of South East corner of the South west quarter of section twenty five
25; township twenty one (21), north of range (13) east running thence north
(80) rods thence west eigthy (80) rods thence south eighty rods (80)thence
east eighty, rods to the place of beginning containing forty acres more or
less all in the section twenty five town, (21) range 13 east for the sum of
five hundred dollars in witness where of the said Isaac Glines and Hannah

Warren and State of Iowa in consideration of the sum of
One Thousand Dollars in hand paid by E. W. Glines of
Warren County and State of Iowa do hereby sell and convey
unto the said E. W. Glines the following described
premises situated in the County of Warren and State of
Iowa to wit, A part of the South East quarter of the
South East quarter of section thirty one (31) in township (77)
and range 24 commencing at the North West corner of lot
4 in block 2 in Green bush thence North to the line
of said tract thence East to the corner thence South to the
North East corner of lot two in Block one in said town thence
along the line of said town to the place of beginnings also lots
2,3, 4,5, 6,7 in Block one and lots 1, 2,3, 4, 7, 8 in Block two (2)
in the town of Green bush, And we hereby covenant with the
said E. W. Glines that we hold said premises by good and
perfect title that we have good right and lawful authority
