Bryant the use of my farm on which I now reside together with all the stock and tools thereon for the term of four years providing that he should remain on the same and cultivate the same in a proper manner, keeping up the improvements and taking care of the stock, tools and he is further required to provide for, take care of and support my daughter Sarah Whitledge during the four years or until she should marry and --- he shall fale(sic) to comply with the above provisions, he shall forfeit his right to the use of the farm, stock, etc. and my executor is authorized and required to take posession of the same and sell off the stock, tools and lands, provided the lands can be sold for 12 dollars per acre.

6th I do give and bequeath unto my daughter Sarah Whitledge one bed and bed stand with all the equipment thereto belonging and one bay mare called Buck to be delivered to her at my death.

7th I also give and bequeath to my daughter Mary Thomas Davenport the sum of ten dollars to be paid to her by my executor as he may see that she needs it.

and Lastly as to all my real and personal estate it is my will that it shall be sold by Samuel Stephenson as herein before provided and whom I hereby appoint my sole executor of this my last will and testament, and after the payment of all my just debts, the remainder to be equally divided between my four daughters (viz.) Elvira Stephenson Matilda Wigglesworth Rolphina Bryant and Sarah Whitledge and to be paid to each of them as my executor may think they need it.
