Notes

The Bible was published in 1832; hence the marriage entry for Lindsey and Arabell was made after the event took place. A fancy flourish under the entry is not shown above, nor are the lines between each marriage entry (see image).

Robt English born in 1789 is in pencil, in immature handwriting. We have no explanation for this entry other than to note that Lindsey's brother Robert was born in 1789.

Josephine's December 1867 marriage to Castelaw is not in the Bible. Wharton's second marriage, October 1875, is also not in the Bible.
