Here it comes. Citizens become alarmed.

There it goes down West Fourth St. This is Woodland and Fourth.

Here it is at Fourth and Poplar-
A lot of it turned to right and went through underpass to Sylvania.

This is the way it looked between Poplar and Maple on Fourth.

The water swirls past corner of Fourth and Maple.

And pours into Business Section.

We don't believe it
but here it is in Broad Street Square- Center of town.

And wild and angry heads for Cherry Street.

It passes Cherry and comes into the corner of Fourth and Chestnut.
The people on the street find it difficult to believe.
